None of them full time.

So you try the two things everybody tries.

You hire a VA.

Then you find out the VA needs telling what to do, and that was always the hard part.

You start listening to others' opinions.

Friends, family, some guy in your DMs. None of them have built a funnel that sells to strangers.

Neither one has ever sold your offer to a stranger. Which is why the same offer does two different things.

You are in one of three places.

So your offer converts to fans and dies with strangers.

You are doing a hundred or two hundred thousand a year and you can feel the ceiling.

You have never launched, because you did not want to come off as salesy.

So we build four things with you.

Everything we build sits inside one of these four.

01

Your offer

Rebuilt for strangers, not the people who already love you.

  • Onboarding: your surveys, call transcripts, testimonials and past launch data.

  • Internal brief: one source of truth the whole team builds from.

  • Market intelligence: the ads, content and offers already winning in your space.

  • Offer architecture: pricing, structure, delivery and payment terms, rebuilt for strangers.

  • Messaging bible: our buyer, their problems, their outcomes, in words that sound like you.

02

One funnel, built end to end

Webinar, video sales letter, paid challenge, or ads into YouTube and Skool. They all work. Picking the right one for you is the skill. Good at sales and like talking to people? Probably a webinar.

  • Your funnel, whichever has the best odds for you, built inside your own account, so it stays yours.

  • Email: pre call, post call, objection handling and nurture sequences.

  • Everything inside the funnel, written and designed for you, not taught to you in a video you will never watch. Full list in the next section.

03

Your content

Thirty days of posts, and how to talk about the offer at each stage so the sale is no surprise.

  • Content dossier: themes, formats and a calendar pointed at the offer.

  • Ad creative: five to ten angles with hooks, scripts and a testing plan.

  • Launch content: the thirty day runway of scripted posts, then we show you how to keep the content engine running yourself.

04

You get us, and the plan

Six operators in your Slack, calls five days a week, and a plan that says what to do next.

  • Launch SOP: timelines, the technical checklist and the go live checklist.

  • Sales call audits: your real calls reviewed, with the fixes for close rate.

  • Product: recorded material, live coaching schedule and community setup.

  • Student success: onboarding, getting students to actually start, and the community playbook.

  • Systems: content production, email and daily admin run by tools we set up and leave running.

Straight answers.

Straight answers.

How does the build actually run?

Four to eight weeks, depending on how much already exists. Offer and messaging first, because the rest is wasted if what you are selling only makes sense to people who already like you. Then the funnel, the content dossier and the ad creative. Then email, product and student success. Then the launch SOP, the call audits and handover.

I do not want to come across as salesy. Is this that?

No, and it is worth taking seriously because it is the reason a lot of creators never launch anything. You are not scared of selling. You are scared of being perceived as someone who sells, and those are different things. Selling is telling the truth. If what you teach genuinely helps people and you keep it behind a wall because of how it might look, that is protecting your image at the expense of the people who needed it. What gives this category a bad name is not selling, it is delivery. We build coaching with implementation, so people pay, do the work and get a result.

How is this different from a video library or a coaching program?

A video library teaches you what to do. A coaching program tells you what to do. We build the business itself. We write the VSL, design the landing page, script the ads, write the email sequence and build the sales deck. You do not learn how to do it, you deploy it. We are not only coaches. We are actively growing and managing high ticket businesses for some of the most well known creators in their spaces.

Who owns what you build?

You do. It is built inside your own accounts and all the IP is yours, whether you keep running it with us or take it from here yourself.

What happens if it does not work?

We build the system with the highest probability of success we can, and we are honest that it works when you deploy it. If you do not run the ads or launch the funnels, it will not work. We audit your calls, review your funnels and tell you exactly what to fix, but we cannot run the business for you. If that is what you want, it is a different conversation and we will have it on the call.

Do I need an ad budget on top of this?

Yes. The build gives you a system that can absorb ad spend. Without a budget behind it you would own an engine with no fuel. We ask this on the application, and it is not a trick question.

What if I already have a funnel and a team?

Then we audit what exists, keep what works and rebuild what does not. We walk through your numbers on the call and tell you where the leak actually is.

Who does the work?

A dedicated growth operator owns your account, with the six specialists above contributing in their disciplines and a second operator on quality sign off. You meet all of them on the group calls, which run five days a week.

What happens after the build?

Group calls five days a week across business strategy, brand, content and ad creative, operations and media buying, plus Slack access to the leadership team. We cover the terms on the call.
